For a full Structural Survey with a written Report for an average size property the charge for the survey is 750 Euros, plus travelling charge at 30 euros per hour (plus TVA*). Under the present rules the TVA rate can be reduced from 19.6% to 5.5% if the work is associated with renovations provided the property is over 2 years old.
 If your prospective property is very large or you require a more complex survey that will take more than 4 hours then I would want to negotiate a rate prior to taking the job.

This is very dependent upon the size and type of property and the areas you want me to look at. But as a general guide I would be looking at a fee of around 500 Euros (including travelling up to 2 hours from base) plus TVA.
